Towing 24 Hours was created over a decade ago after our founder realized how difficult it was to find reliable, professional towing help in the middle of the night. For more than 10 years we’ve been connecting stranded drivers across South Florida with licensed, insured and certified towing operators. We know roadside emergencies because we’ve lived through them; our dispatchers have helped motorists during hurricanes, holiday traffic jams and 2 a.m. breakdowns. Professional Expertise & Certifications
Our network only includes operators who meet rigorous industry standards. Many of our partner drivers hold WreckMaster® certification, a voluntary program recognized as the “gold standard” in towing expertise. WreckMaster training covers weight‑distribution calculations, safe attachment points and proper recovery angles—skills that prevent damage and keep both you and your vehicle safe. In addition, several of our dispatch team members have completed the Towing and Recovery Association of America’s Level II and Level III courses and stay current with state licensing requirements. By demanding certifications and ongoing training, we ensure every operator who helps you is prepared for everything from simple jump‑starts to complex recovery scenarios.
Our Vetting Process
We don’t just list any towing company. Each new provider undergoes a five‑step vetting process:
- License & Insurance verification: We confirm the company holds valid state and local towing licenses and carries adequate liability and on‑hook insurance.
- Certification & Training check: Preference is given to operators with WreckMaster or TRAA certifications, and we verify proof of training.
- Equipment inspection: We review the fleet to ensure vehicles are well‑maintained, equipped for light‑ and heavy‑duty recovery and meet safety standards.
- Reputation & reviews: Our team looks at customer ratings, Better Business Bureau profiles and any complaints. Only providers with solid reputations are invited.
- Ongoing performance monitoring: We regularly survey customers and re‑audit partners. If a provider’s service quality slips, we remove them.
